What to expect
- Do you track flights?
- Yes. We monitor flight status in real time, so if your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur is already adjusted. Complimentary wait time is included.
- Is gratuity included?
- Gratuity is not included in the quoted rate. A 20% driver gratuity is customary for professional chauffeur service and may be added at your discretion.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- For airport and point-to-point transfers, cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to the full fare. Hourly and event reservations may have their own terms — confirmed at booking.
- How much luggage fits?
- The Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban comfortably accommodate up to four large suitcases plus carry-ons. The Mercedes S580 fits two large suitcases and carry-ons. Let us know if you have oversized luggage.
